Grand Charity Auction and Volunteers

Have you got some special items that you would like to donate for the Charity Auction this year? UK PonyCon is now accepting submissions for this year's Charity Auction to raise money for the RDA.
We want to remind everypony that if you wish to donate an item, it must be "My Little Pony" related. We will be accepting, and highly welcoming, all items from all the generations of MLP.
If you wish to donate an item, please email us at ukponycon@googlemail.com with:
~A title of the item ("Custom Fire Ruby")
~A name to be credited ("Spike the Dragon")
~A brief description such that people know what it is ("A custom carved fire ruby in the shape of a heart")
~A picture of the item for the photo-album and other promotional purposes.
Please bring the item with you to the convention, or if you wish to send something to us in advance please email us and we can arrange as appropriate.
100% of the funds raised from the Grand Charity Auction goes straight to our adopted charity. Check out the RDA website to see what you will be contributing to if you take part in the Charity Auction: www.rda.org.uk/
We also wanted to remind everypony that unfortunately we are very low on volunteers, with a big chance of us being under staffed. If we don't have enough volunteers for this year, we may not be able to host some of the events happening at UK PonyCon 2018.
