OK, so yesterday was my 27th birthday, and as it was a Sunday and Paul said we could do what ever I wanted, I asked to go carbooting!!!
So, we checked the papers, set our alarm clocks (well, mobile phone alarms!) and went to bed early (yeah right!! Stayed up late watching the Heroes catch-up weekend, but it sounds better for the story!!)
So, we got to the first sale at about 9.30 (they seem to open later round here, that was opening time!) and it was jam packed with sellers and buyers! I thought we wouldn't find a thing, but Paul said he had a good feeling (he has pony-senses, rather like Spidey-senses, he really does know when we will find some!) so We started looking. about 7 stalls in, Paul starts pointing at a box, it contained this
All for a fiver!!!
Thats it I thought, thats my ponies for the day, carried on looking though....... found these next!
10p each, and Kimono still has her charm!!
Can't possibly be luckier I thought, til we got almost to the end of the first sale, when I found this beauty for 20p!
OK, so he has a hair cut, but his body is beautiful, and so bright! Thought he must be German its so bright, but he isn't.
OK, so then we went off to another sale, a few miles away, it too had opened at 9.30, so we were a little late getting to this one, but it didn't seem to matter too much.....
Got them for £1.50, a bit steep for a boot sale, but too cute to leave behind!
Got the following for just 50p
and
and this was 20p!!
Now I can't remember which sale I got these girls from, but they were 50p for all 4, in lovely condition too!
I also got some lovely prezzies from sazzle for my birthday, I used the bag yesterday to go to the sales, and I have the clock sat on the shelf by my bed
So thank you to everyone who wished me a very pony birthday, cos I definatly got one!!!
