Hi everyone! Just two weeks to go!

This is a message for our volunteer crew - some of you haven't responded to the last email that was sent out. Please can you check your emails, spam folders etc, and reply back - we still have gaps in the schedule that need filling!

If you haven't volunteered and would like to, please do feel free to email us at [e-mail]. We have such a big busy weekend coming up, we really do need help to make sure it all runs smoothly. Otherwise the committee and volunteers we do have currently will all be worn out :/ Thank you!

I'll try to make sure I get the word out about this as much as possible! You do such a great job, and the only reason we want you to be worn out is after the con's over because you've spent so much time having fun ponying that you're all ponied out!

Sadly I can't volunteer myself* but I will do what I can to see whether I can let people know that their help will be really valued if they get in touch with you. And of course to remind them to check their emails for those who already have said they can help.

* Genuinely can't, not just won't. Several reasons, but one is that my health is stupidly unpredictable so committing to being in place X at time Y is close to impossible. (This is what hit me in 2014 when I had to go home from the con early.)
