Whilst UKPonyCon may seem to have been a bit quiet since October, we have been busy away in the background wrapping up the 2017 convention. Until this was done we were unable to be sure of a few things, but with these resolved we can finally announce the charity total for the year.
This year, the Charity auction raised what we believe to be a UK PonyCon record of £4,045. With the addition of the generosity of our VIPs and Supporters, as well as the monies raised via the Raffles and Things in a Jar, we raised a total of £4,983.85 for the RDA at the convention!
As you know UKPonyCon is a not-for-profit event so we are happy to announce that we are rounding the total donation this all the way up to £6,000.
We wish to thank all of our donors, auction winners, raffle players, VIPs, Supporters and everyone who helped raise this wonderful amount.
